We did a drop-in session for the bowspring class with Esther. We are not well practiced in yoga but Esther made us feel welcome and was very good with providing guidance and modifications as needed. We registered and paid (18 € / person) in advance via the website. Mats were provided. We are thankful for the warm welcome to the studio and we are hopeful that we will be able to return when we are next in Palma.

Finding Sadhana has been a gift, the most beautiful community and the best teachers. All very good and each one very very special in their own way, coming here every day is very healing and very constructive. Mariana is pure magic and has created a center that goes far beyond what you might think of as yoga classes.
